Pravara Rural Engineering College Loni started on 21“August 1983, is the premier of all the institutions under the technical education complex developed by the Pravara Rural Education Society. The Society was established in 1964 by the Late Padmashri Dr.Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil, who was also the founder of the Pravara Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd, Pravaranagar. The Society has been registered under the Societies Registration Act 1960 and the Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950.

The library subscribes to various national and international technical journals. Admission

The institute offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate level courses. PREC Loni B.E admission is primarily based totally on candidates’ ratings withinside the front exam- MHT CET or JEE Main. Then, candidates who meet the required cutoff have to participate in MHT CET counseling for choice filling, choice locking, and seat allotment. For PREC Loni M.E admission, candidates have to appear for GATE. Further, candidates have to attend state-level counseling which takes place through Common Admission Process (CAP). Then, the PREC Loni cutoff for B.E. admission is released.
